This is for the woman who has been holding everything together and needs somewhere she does not have to perform, explain or keep carrying it all.
We begin with a mini reading so whatever is naturally presenting can be heard first. You may start with a question or allow Kristy to follow what comes through, with space to focus on the areas of life where you need support.
The relaxation and healing experience follows, allowing the energetic work to gently support the themes, chakras or blocks that arose—and anything else that presents.
You receive the insight first, then the space to settle, integrate and leave feeling ready to return to your day.

A consultation and consent process is completed before treatment. AromaTouch may not be suitable during pregnancy or for people with certain allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions. Essential-oil and energy services support wellbeing and do not replace medical care.
The Soulful Reset is an in-person experience in Keilor, Victoria. Full location details are provided privately once an appointment is approved.
