By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

If there is any conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and, where applicable, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and relevant international privacy legislation including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to international clients.

2. Personal Information We Collect

When we use the term "personal information," we refer to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person. Personal information does not include information collected anonymously or that has been de-identified such that it cannot identify or be reasonably linked to you.

We may collect or process the following categories of personal information, including inferences drawn from this information, depending on how you interact with our Services, where you live, and as permitted or required by applicable law:

  • Contact details including your name, address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
  • Financial information including payment card information, financial account information, transaction details, form of payment, and payment confirmation. We do not store full payment card details — these are handled by our secure third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal).
  • Account information including your username, password, security questions, preferences and settings.
  • Transaction information including the items you view, purchase, return, exchange or cancel and your past transactions.
  • Session and coaching information including notes, reflections, session records, and any personal disclosures made during readings, coaching sessions, or programs, held in strict confidence.
  • Communications with us including any information you include in communications with us, for example when sending a customer support enquiry, booking a session, or engaging via email or social media.
  • Device and usage information including information about your device, browser, network connection, IP address, and other unique identifiers, and information regarding your interaction with our Services.
  • Sensitive information including any personal, spiritual, health, or emotional information you voluntarily share during sessions or communications, which is held with the highest level of confidentiality and care.

3. How We Collect Your Information

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, book a session, make a purchase, register for an event or program, complete a form, or communicate with us.
  • Automatically through the Services including from your device when you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Through third-party platforms including booking platforms, payment processors, email marketing tools, video conferencing tools, and social media platforms that you use to interact with us.
  • From our service providers when we engage them to enable certain technology and when they collect or process your personal information on our behalf.
  • From our partners or other third parties where permitted by law.

4. Digital Platforms, AI Tools & Third-Party Technology

We operate in an increasingly digital environment and use a number of third-party platforms and tools to deliver our Services. By engaging with us through any digital channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Video Conferencing & Digital Meeting Platforms

Sessions including readings, coaching, and programs delivered via Zoom or other video conferencing platforms are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and terms of service. These platforms may utilise automated features including AI-powered transcription, note-taking, recording, and data processing tools. While we take reasonable steps to manage our settings and minimise data collection, we cannot fully control the practices of third-party platforms.

By booking and attending a session via any digital platform, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that the platform may process session data, including audio and video, in accordance with its own policies.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies

The digital technology landscape is rapidly evolving. Some of the platforms and tools we use — including video conferencing, scheduling, customer relationship management, and communication platforms — may now or in the future incorporate AI-powered features such as automated transcription, note-taking, sentiment analysis, or data processing.

We are committed to staying informed of technological developments and will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any AI tools used in connection with our Services are used responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy law. However, given the pace of technological change, we cannot guarantee that all third-party AI integrations will be identified or disclosed in real time.

By entering into any engagement with Kristy Colakidis or Soulfully Aligned — including but not limited to bookings, sessions, programs, events, communications, or purchases — you acknowledge and agree that digital meeting platforms, social media platforms, and other third-party software used in connection with the delivery of Services may utilise AI-powered tools including transcription, recording, and automated note-taking. You grant your informed consent to this processing as a condition of accessing our digital Services.

Social Media Platforms

We maintain a presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. If you interact with us on these platforms, those interactions are subject to the platform's own privacy policies. These platforms may use AI tools to process, analyse, and moderate content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of social media platforms.

Website Technology

Our website is hosted on Ivorey.io (a GoHighLevel white-label platform). Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. These service providers maintain their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review their policies for further information.

7. Confidentiality of Sessions & Spiritual Services

Kristy Colakidis takes the confidentiality of all readings, coaching sessions, and program interactions with the utmost seriousness. Any personal, emotional, spiritual, or sensitive information disclosed during a session is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Session notes and records are maintained for the purpose of providing continuity of care and improving the quality of our Services. You may request access to or deletion of your session records at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Please note that while we maintain strict confidentiality, the digital platforms used to deliver sessions (such as Zoom) operate independently of Soulfully Aligned and are subject to their own policies regarding data processing, recording, and AI-powered tools. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In an era of rapidly evolving technology and increasingly sophisticated global cyber threats, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information in all circumstances.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that despite our best efforts, the security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Soulfully Aligned and Kristy Colakidis accept no liability for unauthorised access, interception, or breach of personal information that occurs as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber attacks, third-party platform breaches, technological developments, or force majeure events. We commit to notifying affected individuals in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme in the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm.

We will always endeavour to protect your information and will act promptly and transparently in the event of any security incident. As technology continues to evolve at a pace that cannot always be anticipated, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect new developments as and when they occur.
