Questions, answered

I have never had a psychic reading. What should I expect?
Come with an open mind and a genuine desire to connect. You don't need to prepare anything elaborate — simply arrive grounded and present. Kristy will guide the session from the start. Spirit will do the rest. It is common to feel emotional, relieved, or even joyful by the end.
Can Kristy guarantee contact with a specific person in Spirit?
No medium can guarantee a specific connection, and any medium who claims otherwise is not being truthful. What Kristy can guarantee is that she will hold the space with absolute integrity and work with whoever in Spirit wishes to step forward. In Kristy's experience, the right person always comes through.
How does an online Zoom session work? Is it as effective as in-person?
Yes — energy does not require physical proximity. Kristy's online clients around the world regularly describe their sessions as equally — if not more — powerful than in-person. You will receive a Zoom link upon booking. Simply find a quiet, private space and be ready at your scheduled time.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Kristy's calendar fills quickly — especially for 60-minute sessions. It is recommended to book at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For events like the Royal Easter Show, availability is strictly limited and should be booked as soon as possible.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, please contact Kristy at least 48 hours before your session and a new time will be arranged. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Full details are outlined in the Terms & Conditions at booking.
I am a beginner. Is the SPARK program still right for me?
SPARK is specifically designed for women at all levels — including complete beginners. In fact, many women with no prior spiritual practice have found it to be the most transformative program of their lives. The only prerequisite is a genuine desire to understand and develop your intuition.
